Gorgonzola Cheese, Prosciutto & Rocket Pizza

Serves: 8
Pizza Dough:
  • 250g Strong Bread Flour
  • 5g Fast Active Yeast
  • 5g Salt
  • 30ml Olive Oil
  • 160ml Water
  • Gorgonzola Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • Rocket
  • Red Onion (Optional)
  • Mushrooms (Optional)
  1. Mix the yeast into the water until dissolved and add the oil and salt
  2. Add the water mix to the flour and knead until you get a smooth / soft consistency
  3. Leave for 1.5hrs in a warm area - make sure you cover the dough to stop it from drying out
  4. After 1.5hrs split the dough mixture in 2 and roll out into a circle if possible (so you have 2 medium pizza base)
  5. Add the Mozzarella & Gorgonzola Cheese and put to bake at 190oC fan for 20 minutes
  6. Once baked, add the prosciutto and rocket and serve
