I love watching the ‘tasty’ videos on facebook but their recipes usually have way too many calories for me. So I decided to try and ‘de-calorize’ the garlic pesto chicken video and I think it came out quite well 🙂
I added less parmesan cheese and used low fat fresh cream instead of full fat heavy cream.
I also swapped the pasta for zucchini noodles to make it low carb!
I ended up with all the taste 7 a guilt free eating experience.
