I’m joining the world of stacked round objects, starting with my courgette fritters!
I’ll be honest, they tasted terrible but at least the picture is nice 🙂
I basically followed the Good Food recipe which I’ve added below simply to give this post content but I think next time I will add a lot more seasoning!
- 50g plain flour
- 2 egg
- 50ml milk
- 1 courgette, grated
- 1 tbsp oil
- Grate the courgette and add some salt - leave for around 10 minutes
- Drain as much liquid from the courgette as possible and then add the flour, egg & milk
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan
- Add tablespoons of the mixture to make fritters, and cook for 2-3 mins on each side until lightly golden
